February, 18th-25th, 2014: the educational center “Bashneftehim” in cooperation with the “DBA-engineering” business school held a series of three 2-day seminars for top managers and employees of the OOO “Bashenergoneft” company. The topic of the training was “Process Management. Fundamentals of Process Re-engineering”. Overall more than 50 managers took part in the training and became more efficient after these seminars.
The training program was designed “from scratch” according to the customer requirements and wishes. Every seminar was made for a certain level of management. The following material was covered: historical background; process management and business process re-engineering basics; the development of process execution documentation; business process re-engineering at a company; common mistakes in re-engineering projects etc. The studied theoretical material was repeated in business cases and practice.
The seminars were led by business-trainer Yaroslav Bukreyev at the educational center “Bashneftehim”.
