Developed draft Regulations for safety in welding and gas welding works

According to the draft rules for safety in electric welding and gas welding work set state regulatory requirements of labor protection during electric welding and gas welding works and binding for the employer - legal entities and individuals, regardless of their organizational and legal forms of ownership, the implementation of electric welding and gas welding works except employers - individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs. 

  By the implementation of electric welding and gas welding work allowed workers aged 18 years or older who have been trained in the specialty welder with Certificate for production welding, passed a mandatory preliminary medical examination of safety instructions, training in safe methods and techniques of work and training at workplace with the exams in the order established by the authorized federal executive body. 

  Draft Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation consists of the following sections: 

  - General provisions; 

  - Occupational safety and health requirements applicable to the organization of the working area, jobs, operation of equipment and tools; 

  - The requirements of safety in the organization and implementation process; 

- Electrical safety requirements and fire safety in the performance of electric welding and gas welding works. 

  In the annex to the draft form is the permit for the production of high hazard.
