The charity fund “URAL” (Republic of Bashkortostan, RB) is one of the largest charity foundations in the country. The mission is “We help those who create”.

In 2013, the overall amount of charity care provided by the "URAL" was 4 billion 982 million rubles, including 2 billion 705 million rubles aimed for the development of sport and physical culture, one billion four million rubles. - social and infrastructure projects, 429 million rubles. - education, 378 million rubles. - health care, 230 million rubles. - religious organizations, 125 million rubles. - science, culture and art, 111 million rubles. - non-profit and public organizations.
The charity fund “URAL” is one of the largest taxpayers in the region annually giving 700 - 800 million rubles taxes to all levels of the state budgets.
Since October 2010, the Chairman of the Board "Ural" is the first President of the Republic of Bashkortostan Murtaza Rakhimov.
The Fund implements its programs in almost all cities and districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
