Ufa Non-State Educational Establishment of Additional Vocational Training «Bashneftehim» has been offering educational services since 1964 under licence given by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan; it is one of the largest educational establishment of additional vocational training of the Republic of Bashkortostan; it takes the leading position in training of specialists and personnel of oil refining and exploration and production sector. Clients of the Training Centre «Bashneftehim» are JSOC «Ufaneftehim», JSOC «Ufaorgsintez» , JSOC «Bashneft», JSOC «Bashkirnefteprodukt», JSOC «Ufaneftehim», JSOC «Ufa Oil Refinery» and other organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Ufa training centre «Bashneftehim» has about 45 years of experience in vocational training of workers, specialists and managers of oil-refining and petrochemistry enterprises.
In 2005 thetrainingcentrestructureincludedtrainingcentreofJSOC«Bashneft».
In July, 2008 the economically autonomous subdivisions were reorganized into the branches of Ufa training centre «Bashkirneftehim». At the present time each branch carries out the activity according to the licence which was given out by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Control and supervision administration in the sphere of education at the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
«Bashneftehim» is accredited as the independent centre according to the Uniform system of a conformity assessment onsite under control of Rostechnadzor, under:
-A- general industrial safety requirements of established federal laws and other standard legal certificates of the Russian Federation;
-B- special industrial safety requirements established in statutes and regulations and normative technical documents:
B-1 industrial safety requirements in chemical, petrochemical and oil-refining industry;
B-2 industrial safety requirements for the oil and gas industry;
B-6 industrial safety requirements for efficient use mines and carriers;
B-7 industrial safety requirements for the gas distribution facilities;
B-8 industrial safety requirements for the equipment under working pressure
B-9 industrial safety requirements for lifting devices
B-10 industrial safety requirements for transportation of dangerous substances
-C- industrial safety requirements for energy supply established in federal acts and other statutes and regulations of the Russian Federation and normative technical documents:
C-1 industrial safety requirements for electric installation
C-2 industrial safety requirements for heating plant and heat network.
The training centre «Bashneftehim» was the participant of the VIII (2007) and X (2009) All-Russian forums of uniform system of a conformity assessment onsite controlled by Rostechnadzor, Moscow.
The training centre «Bashneftehim» is accredited as the educational institution carries out training and advances skills of specialists and drivers who are responsible for transportation of dangerous cargo.
Cooperation agreement is concluded with the state educational establishment of additional vocational training «Novomoskovsk Advanced Training Institute.»
All experts engaged in vocational training of workers and preparation managers and specialists in the field of industrial safety passed certification in the central certification commission of Rostehnadzor, Moscow, the Trans-regional territorial certification commission, Nizhny Novgorod.
In the field of labor security - in the Regional Industry centre of a labor security of the Ministry of education of Russia at the Ufa State Petroleum Technological University.
Training and certification of managers and specialists of the enterprises in the field of industrial safety is carried out in computer-equipped classrooms with use of the control training system «OLYMP:OKS» developed by consulting group "Termika" and coordinated with Federal Service for Environmental, Technological, and Nuclear Oversight.
At the present time the training centre «Bashneftehim» advances material bases of branches.

Training grounds are upgraded according to the new trends in technology.
