Completed transition periods for technical regulations of the Customs Union on equipment and machineryMarch 30, 2015
Fully complete the transition period for the action once the six requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union.
These are the following technical regulations:
- "On the safety of low-voltage equipment" (TR CU 004/2011);
- "On the safety of machinery and equipment" (TR CU 010/2011);
- "Safety Lift" (TR CU 011/2011);
- "On the safety of equipment for use in potentially explosive atmospheres" (TR CU 012/2011);
- "On security devices, operating on gaseous fuels" (TR CU 016/2011);
- "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means" (TR CU 020/2011).
Thus, from that date manufacturers (or their authorized persons), as well as importers of products subject to the requirements listed TR CU (electrical products, lifts, engineering products, devices, operating on gaseous fuel, equipment for hazardous work) should issue this products in circulation in the market countries - participants of the Customs Union marked with "EAC" and, accordingly, have documents proving compliance with the requirements indicated by the technical regulations.
It is important to know that sales of products released into circulation during the period of the received prior to the entry into force of the TR CU certificates and declarations of conformity shall be allowed for the duration of its life.
We also note that work is continuing on the development of technical regulation of the electron and electrical products. So, in the near future we plan to develop technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "On safety of electric batteries and accumulators" (on the basis of Directive 2006/66 / EC) and "On the treatment of waste electrical products" (on the basis of Directive 2012/19 / EU WEEE- 2). These TR EAEC supposed to be included in the development plan of technical regulations during its regular updating.
