It is proposed to oblige some large enterprises to complete sperience in 2016

Russian Ministry of Labor has prepared a draft federal law "On Amendments to Article 27 of the Federal Law" On special assessment of working conditions ", which states that spetsotsenka working conditions in relation to employment of key personnel of large industrial enterprises, transport and communications must be completed not later than 31 December 2016. These changes have implications for all employers, companies that have these jobs, including if their certification was conducted prior to the entry into force of the Law on spetsotsenke. 

  Now as a general rule spetsotsenka working conditions in relation to jobs, not mentioned in paragraph 6 of Article 10 of this Law, may be carried out in stages and should be completed no later than December 31, 2018. Spetsotsenku working conditions in the previously certified workplaces will need to spend five years from the date of completion (Part 4 of Article 27 of the Law on spetsotsenke). So, if the certification was conducted in 2013, the need to spend spetsotsenku in 2018. Subsequently, in accordance with Part 4 of Article 8 of this Law shall spetsotsenka held at least once every five years. 

  If the draft becomes law, spetsotsenku working conditions in relation to employment of key personnel of large industrial enterprises, transport and communication will be required no later than 31 December 2016. Thus, the period for holding spetsotsenki on these firms is proposed to significantly reduce.
